About the site

Is Learn Nest connected with Kerala PSC?

No. Learn Nest is an independent study resource. We have no connection with the Kerala Public Service Commission. Always confirm exam details on keralapsc.gov.in.

Are the questions from real PSC exams?

They are original practice questions written by our team on the official syllabus of each post, in the style of the real exam. They are not leaked or copied papers, and they are not predictions of what will come in your exam.

Which language are the tests in?

The site works in English and Malayalam. Each exam's tests follow the medium of the real exam, so a post whose exam is in English has its questions in English.

Tests

What is the difference between Study Mode and Exam Mode?

In Study Mode there is no timer and no penalty. You see the right answer and a short explanation after every question, which makes it ideal for learning. Exam Mode is a proper rehearsal: it is timed, applies negative marking and saves your score to your dashboard.

Is there negative marking?

In Exam Mode, yes, the same as the real Kerala PSC exam: one third of a mark is taken off for each wrong answer. Questions you leave blank cost nothing.

Can I take a test more than once?

Yes. You can retake any test you have access to as many times as you like and review your answers afterwards.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The site works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to install.

Plans and payments

Is it free?

Creating an account is free, and every exam has free tests. The full set of tests and notes for an exam needs a 1 Month or Lifetime plan. See Pricing / Plans.

How do I pay?

Through Razorpay, using UPI, a debit or credit card, net banking or a wallet. We never see or store your card or bank details.

When will I get access after paying?

Instantly. Your plan unlocks the moment the payment goes through, with no waiting.

Will my plan renew automatically?

No. All plans are one-time payments.

Can I get a refund?

Because you get instant access the moment you pay, payments are not refundable. The one exception is a duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same plan, the extra payment is refunded in full. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Account

Can I share my account with a friend?

Please don't. Each account is for one student, and shared accounts may be closed.

I found a wrong answer. What should I do?

Thank you for telling us. Email support@learnnestedu.co.in with the test name and the question, and we will check it and correct it.

How do I delete my account?

Write to support@learnnestedu.co.in from the email address you signed up with and we will delete it.
